In our workshop in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, we invite you to discover one of the most known French pastries, over a 100 year old : the "Coconut-Brest". Easily recognizable by its wheel-like shape and its nibbed nuts, the Paris-Brest will seduce you with its delicious caramelized hazelnut filling.
